Star

Star was not born a Star; she had a different name and was born into a life of neglect. Her home was a small plywood box with a dirt floor and a small opening barely large enough to crawl into. She received very little love or care, so food and water were scarce.

R-Star Canine Enrichment Center is pleased to offer pet rehabilitation services for those pets who have painful or functionally limiting conditions from injury or illness related to their neurologic and musculoskeletal systems. Rehabilitation improves muscle strength, provides anti-inflammatory and pain relief, increases range of motion, improves mobility, assists in weight reduction and overall, improves their strength and balance. Murphy and I had an awesome weekend at Nationals Agility Nationals. Murphy had 4 perfect runs. Originally, I was not sure if we were attending since Murphy recently injured himself. My dog competes in a variety of competitions (agility, scent work, conformation, herding and much more). I had been looking for a way to help keep him in shape and a friend recommended finding hydrotherapy. We are fortunate that Murphy Animal Hospital has this and took advantage of the opportunity. My Border Collie goes 2x a week and this has really helped to increase his stamina while defining solid muscle. Elisha is the best to work with and Vinny adores her. She keeps the hydrotherapy tank sparkling clean and that’s a big win in my book. Kudos to Murphy for offering this service. If your dog needs this type of service for injury recovery or stamina needs, I highly recommend contacting them. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely a 5-star rating!!

I've been driving an hour each way to work with the folks at Murphy Animal Hospital, and can say my dog definitely found the care she needed after a life threatening spinal injury that paralyzed all 4 legs. Phyllis has been a great communicator, and the care, knowledge, and compassion that Dr. Flegle and Dr. Jen are providing her during her PT is exactly what she needs. Less than 2 weeks after her injury, she's able to move under her own power and is well on her way to recovery. Very thankful I found this place and these people!
